Please be advised that at this time, we are only servicing healthcare professionals and medical personnel (Tier 1A) due to having limited supply of vaccination. We are currently in the process of requesting more allocation and will let you know if and when that will be available for those over age 65 and/or with underlying medical conditions (Tier 1B).

There is no charge to get the vaccination. (PLEASE BOLD THIS PART) However, there is an administration fee of $14.85. We accept cash or card. Please call our office if you have any further questions.
